I have never recieved such amazing treatment from such a remarkable team who truly cares about your wellbeing. Centered ground is a professional and confidential therapy practice that incorporates the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT). The team works with those who struggle with issues such as addiction, personality disorders, eating disorders, self-harming and suicidal ideations. Each one of the therapists are all very friendly, welcoming, and most importantly non-judgemental. They really give you hope when you have none left.
